Student Admissions Grades K-12
Admissions
Our PreK-12 college preparatory program is open to any student desiring to be college bound, regardless of current or past academic performance. We serve all students, including students with disabilities, English learners, and gifted students.
The Lottery
All students are admitted through a blind lottery process according to state law. This year, our lottery will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024. Only applications completed by March 14, 2024 will be entered. Student applications received after this date will be awarded a seat on a first-come, first-served basis. If seats are unavailable, students will be placed on a waiting list in the order they are received.
For the 2024-2025 school year, our Yale campus will offer grades PreK-12 and our Old Coors campus will offer grades PreK-10. The Old Coors campus will continue to scale up to grade 12 by offering one additional grade level each academic year until we reach the 12th grade. Contact us today to schedule a tour and learn more!
The Sibling Rule at MAS
New Mexico law states that if a child currently attends a charter school, their siblings may also attend. However, due to the high demand and low availability of seats at MAS, we are not able to guarantee seats for siblings. Siblings of students currently attending MAS are given preference in the lottery and waitlist, but are not guaranteed seats.
